  1. Tap into teams’ collective ideas to identify challenges and pain points they can identify
  2. Identifying the real and root cause of the challenges
  3. Collect and refine the ideas for improvements they likely already have
  4. Once again leverage the teams’ collective and shared knowledge to propose new ideas to solve challenges
  5. Share and propose ideas from my own deep experience in teamwork, communication and workflow optimisation
  6. Collate and prioritise solutions that the team agree will be the most effective and they will commit to adopting
